For you, the coolest esport is Starcraft because you love the way pro-gamers are (retro)planning everything before the game even starts. You’re so good with management that you always end up leading your teammates in CS:GO. Whenever someone is getting toxic on League of Legends’ chat, you can’t help yourself to try and calm everyone down. And you genuinely think that esports are the sports of the digital generation—so you can’t understand why more brands haven’t jumped in yet.
Hurrah is a Paris-based creative advertising agency focused on bringing mainstream brands into the esports arena, and we’re looking for an experienced project manager to join us. If esports is your dream gig, but a lack of relevant roles drove you into advertising for diapers or mustard instead, you’re the player we’re looking for.
Plan and manage our projects on a daily basis by making sure that everyone (from clients to our creative team) is doing exactly what need to be done at the right time. Basically, you’ll be the entry fragger, support and coach of the agency. Other stuff you’ll do:
- Client relationships
- Retroplanning management
- Financial management (quotes & invoices)
- Stay ahead of what’s new in esports, and develop relationships with all key companies within the industry
Your maniacal project management skills will be key to ensuring our projects will respect deadlines and make clients happy.
A committed esports fan and/or player who wants to turn that passion into a career. You have at least 3 years working in agency or brand-side experience, and ideally you’ll have worked on international accounts. You’re fluent in English
We’re still small, so there’s plenty of room for your global vision to make an impact, both within the agency and outside of it! Help us impact the destiny of Hurrah and the esports arena. Make sure everything you produce and manage is authentic to the esports community, and as cool for them to see as it is for you to manage.
- Salary: Experience- and skills-based
- Type of job: Freelance or CDD at outset, CDI if we <3 each other
- Location: Paris 19e (Belleville)
- Start date: What works for you?
Send your English resume, social links, and info about what games you like to email@example.com (subject: Hurrah for Project Management! — Your Name Here). Include a quick email about why we should pick you. (None of that “To Whom It May Concern” stuff.)
